Choose the Antelopower Zmey LA25 when you want the lower-priced route into this shared dirt e-moto platform and do not specifically need the LA35's 96 V architecture, higher listed torque, or wheelie-assist record. Choose the Zmey RS LA35 when those three differences matter enough to justify the higher price. Most other published specifications are the same.
Last updated: September 26, 2026. This comparison uses current MotionPapa native product fields, motion_papa metafields, product descriptions, variants and images for the Antelopower LA25 and LA35. MotionPapa is the retailer and support point, not the original manufacturer. We did not independently road-test either vehicle.
Who is each Zmey configuration for?
The Zmey LA25 is the clearer fit for a buyer who wants the verified 25 kW peak / 12 kW rated Haripin reduction motor, removable Samsung-cell battery architecture, full-size off-road wheel setup, adjustable hydraulic suspension and four-piston brakes without automatically stepping into the 96 V configuration. Its current Original Tires variant is listed below the corresponding Zmey RS variant.
The Zmey RS LA35 is for a rider who can explain why the 96 V battery platform, 890 N·m listed maximum torque and Intelligent Wheelie Assist System belong in the intended use. Those are meaningful product-record differences, but they do not make LA35 universally better. Both machines list the same net weight, dimensions, peak and rated motor figures, range reference, top-speed reference and charging window.
Neither model is a casual apartment carry or general public-road recommendation. Each lists a 91.5 kg net weight, 880 mm seat height and large off-road tire setup. Plan storage, loading, transport, protective equipment and the permitted riding location before treating power as the deciding factor.
What changes between LA25 and LA35?
| Verified field | Zmey LA25 | Zmey RS LA35 |
|---|---|---|
| Original brand / model | Antelopower LA25 | Antelopower LA35 |
| Battery | 72 V 60 Ah, 4320 Wh, removable Samsung 50S NCM | 96 V 45 Ah, 4320 Wh, removable Samsung 50S NCM |
| Motor | 25 kW peak / 12 kW rated Haripin reduction motor | 25 kW peak / 12 kW rated Haripin reduction motor |
| Listed maximum torque | 780 N·m | 890 N·m |
| Wheelie assist | No separate feature published | 96 V–109 V Intelligent Wheelie Assist System listed |
| Net weight | 91.5 kg | 91.5 kg |
| Original tire setup | 90/90-21 front, 120/100-18 rear | 90/90-21 front, 120/100-18 rear |
| Current Original Tires price | $5,599 | $5,799 |
The batteries reach the same listed 4320 Wh through different voltage and amp-hour combinations. That is why amp-hours alone cannot decide this comparison. LA25's 60 Ah number is larger, but LA35's voltage is higher. Compare the complete electrical architecture and the features attached to it, not one number removed from context.
What remains the same?
Both records list a 120 km range reference at 40 km/h, 110 km/h top speed, the same acceleration figures, and a 2.5-hour charge from 20% to 80%. These are listed specifications, not guaranteed results. Rider and cargo load, terrain, temperature, tire selection, maintenance, battery condition and riding mode can materially change real-world performance.
The shared physical record is also extensive: both list 2100 × 800 × 1165 mm overall dimensions, a 1390 mm wheelbase, 345 mm ground clearance, 880 mm seat height, 100 kg maximum load, adjustable hydraulic front and rear suspension, front and rear four-piston disc brakes, and a 6061 T6 aluminum-alloy frame. Both offer Original Tires and optional Climbing Wheels & Tires variants.
Because the chassis and many headline figures match, this is not a small-versus-large comparison. It is a control-and-electrical-platform decision inside a closely related vehicle family. If the 96 V system, listed torque increase and wheelie-assist feature are not part of a defined use case, the LA25 retains most of the published shared hardware.
What does higher voltage not prove?
Higher voltage does not by itself prove longer real-world range, faster charging, easier handling, better reliability or suitability for a public road. The current records give both models the same 4320 Wh energy figure and the same listed range reference. LA35's verified differences should be described precisely rather than converted into unsupported promises.
Local classification and permitted-use rules remain separate from product capability. These vehicles list high output and speed, but a product page cannot decide registration, licensing, insurance, age, helmet, equipment or riding-area requirements in every jurisdiction. Check the exact model with the authority responsible for the intended location before purchase or use.
Which Zmey is the better fit?
Best-for verdict: the Zmey LA25 is the more direct value choice when the shared 25 kW peak motor record, 4320 Wh removable battery, chassis, brakes, suspension and wheel options already cover the plan. It is the primary recommendation here because it preserves most of the shared platform at the lower current variant prices.
Choose the Zmey RS LA35 when the 96 V architecture, 890 N·m listed torque and published wheelie-assist system are deliberate requirements rather than attractive extras. Compare both live pages again at checkout because prices, availability and option labels can change.

Start with the configuration you can justify
If the LA25's verified platform fits the terrain, storage and transport plan, inspect its live wheel options and current pricing on the Zmey LA25 product page. If the LA35-specific electrical and control differences are essential, compare the two records field by field before checkout. Boring can walk; voltage still needs a reason.
